Management Team

It’s "people" who make the difference

In 1988 Akira Koudate , , after having developed the first European Office of JMAC’s in Paris, established in Milan the first Italian Japanese Consulting firm. With such an International Background and having led the Italian Company for many years, Koudate-san keeps the role of “sensei” (teacher/mentor) , while working with the managers of JMAC on the development of new methodologies and giving advice and hints based on his huge and long experience to younger colleagues.
Beyond being involved in the management of the company and engaged with organizational development and sales activity, JMAC managers do carry out consulting activities at customer sites, starting from our CEO. .

The presence in the "genba" (a Japanese word for "physical place" where events occur) featuring the activities of all our consultants, along with the continuous updating on know-how contents, the concreteness, the proximity to customers and the ability to provide solutions to their needs are distinctive values of all JMAC consultants, including the Management Team members.
