Operation Management

It was once said " we have under our skin". Maybe today is more fashionable to say "it is in our DNA". No matter what the saying is, the meaning is a clear focus and strong hold. That is what JMAC has on manufacturing and operations. We are a Japanese company, and so are the methods, the models of development and management for the Operations. In recent decades those methods have become the reference for any manufacturing company, and that will continue in the coming decades. If "eliminating waste" will hardly get out of fashion, at least for those involved in the activities and management of the operations, "to identify the value for customer " allows us to focus on the essential – on value. That is what really counts for those who are the final ring in the supply chain. We put people as core of every project: no mere fixing of ready-to-use patterns, even if they have proved to be successful in the world. Instead, we proceed by building up the best / most suitable solution with the customer. We put people at the very center of each project, since that is the only way we know to ensure that the improvements achieved through a project are sustainable over time. Only by focusing on people the results that our customers attain are consolidated and maintained over time. We do not promise miracles, but we can enable "continuous improvement" as a path to grow.

When we work in sectors other than manufacturing or with functions outside the Operations, we bring our know-how and the experience of hundreds of projects, giving an original contribution, a different point of view, to overcome the limitations and schemes given by a way of thinking which is well-established but often constraining. We strive to overcome those constraints. Together.
