Our organization model reflects the will to oversee and develop at best the skills of our consultants, while providing customers with personalized service and quality.
In addition to the Top Management, represented by the CEO and COO and our “sensei” Mr. Akira Koudate in the role of Technical Advisor, the two Divisions are to manage the methodological expertise and know-how, while The Business Development Team works to develop consultancy in specific fields or areas of intervention.
Worldwide, the professional carrier scheme of JMAC provides for the following three levels:
